Shipping policy

I am based in Scotland, UK. Orders will be shipped from here.

Please allow 7-14 day processing time, on top of estimated delivery time (depending on your region). For custom crochet orders, please allow 14-28 days processing time as I will need to create your order.

Delivery Information

Postage price is determined by weight of parcel. Please see each region's section for pricing details.

UK Delivery

Orders will be posted 2nd class via Royal Mail, and will be delivered 2-3 business days after processing.  

Envelope (Small stationary orders 0-100g) = £2.50

Large Letter (Medium stationery orders 100-500g) = £5

Small Parcel (Small non-stationery/bigger stationery orders, 500g- 1kg) = £8

Medium Parcel (for bigger orders overall, up to 5kg) = £10

International Delivery

We currently only serve USA and Canada for international orders. Sorry for the inconvenience. We hope to be able to provide you with egg-specially cute and fun goodies in the future!

Orders outside the UK will be posted as International Tracked via Royal Mail, and will be delivered 3-14 business days after processing. UK customs/handling fees have been included in the cost of shipping. You are responsible for any other fees incurred in the shipping after that.

International Envelope (Small stationary orders 0-230g) = £15

International Medium Parcel (Small non-stationery/bigger stationery orders, up to 1kg) = £30

International Medium Parcel (for bigger orders overall 1kg - 2kg) = £40

Further Information

I work full-time and my working hours are quite limited. My working days are limited to Tuesday to Saturday, 6pm to 9pm. Orders placed over Sunday to Monday, on UK public holidays, or after 9pm Tuesday to Saturday will not be processed until the following working day. 

Deliveries are fulfilled by either Royal Mail and ParcelForce. Once your order has been dispatched by me, you will receive an email with your shipping details, tracking number if applicable, and estimated delivery.

During busier periods, delivery times may be slightly longer than stated. Please be sure to check any potential service disruption in your area before purchasing because this could have an impact on delivery times.
